This awards ceremony is held in tribute of the late Bill Moss, who was known throughout Columbus, Ohio as a long-time member of the Columbus School Board, a Radio Disc Jockey, a Husband and Father, a Soldier in the Army, and National Guard, and the Founder of Capsoul Records.
The event will include a Scholarship Award Ceremony, and entertainment by "Tony West & The Imani Dancers"!
