Florida Memorial University will officially kick off a new degree program
in Air Traffic Control on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at noon
in the Lehman Auditorium.
The program will be directed to the student body to answer questions concerning a career with the FAA as an air traffic controller. Topics to be covered:
• Introductions—FMU Alumni working in the ATC field
• Job Outlook and Pay
• The Academic Plan
• Student Screening
• Air Traffic Selection and Testing (AT-SAT)
• FAA Academy
• Questions/Answers
• Enroute/Terminal Trainer Demonstration
• Dismissal
