Description

Under the direction of the Call Center Manager, the Call Center Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of the Call Center Staff and collaborates with Call Center leadership to guide and support departmental needs. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting in recruitment, hiring, training, development and retention of staff.

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of working in a healthcare environment.



• 2 years of leadership experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Healthcare or related field or a combination of education and directly related work experience.



• 2 years of experience working in a call center environment.
