Job Description
The Process Excellence Leadenables the execution of senior leaderships strategic priorities by translating direction into coordinated plans, disciplined governance, and measurable outcomes across the technology organization.The role drives organizational priorities translating strategy into actionable execution,oversees priorities governance, prepares for key engagements, leads strategicinitiativesand fosters cross-organizationalrelationships to support the executive leadership team.The ideal candidate will blend strategic vision and operational excellenceto amplifythe impact of the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Team and Capability Design: Operational Management: Portfolio Insights andOptimization: Work with thePMO team to derive insights and strategic plans related tooptimizingour portfolio. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliverkeyprojects on time and within budget. Drive visibility and insightsabout ourApplicationportfolioincluding roadmaps, sunsetting anddecommissioningstatus(Application rationalization and Total Cost of Ownership)
FinancialGovernance: Partner withBTS Finance,cost center owners, team leaders, financial and portfolio managers to set targets, manage budgets, and oversee forecasts(LBs).
Communication and Liaison: Leadership, Cultureand Team Development: This position demands a comprehensive understanding of financial principles, superior organizational abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure robust budget management,optimalresource allocation, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate willbe responsible forcultivating andmaintainingexecutive-level, cross-functional partnerships to drive change, align priorities, and coordinate teams to achieve and implement strategicobjectives. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, intellectually curious, and driven to challenge the status quo while actively engaging in hands-on execution to deliver results. The role requires the ability to navigate between high-level strategic initiatives and detailed operational tactics across a diverse stakeholder base. The individual mustpossessthe ability to influence and align outcomes without directauthority anddemonstratea strong executive presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 9 years experience;Master's Degreewith 8 years experience; PhD with 4 years experiencewith a focus on IT projects andresponsibilities to overall taking care of the financial part from planning to execution, isrequired.
- Exceptionalcommunication andinterpersonal skills, withproven ability tobuildingtrust, listen, and askeffective questions.Able to give context while influencing without authority and managing expectations/demands.
- Experience inanalyzing financial data and preparing financial reports.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and procedures.
- Understanding ofinternal controls and governance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite or other tools
- Interest in technology trends and application of technology to improve endusersexperience.
- Proventrack recordof effective project leadership and positive results.Keep calm and execute while
- self-managingtime and priorities.
- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, leadership, and ability to influence executives.
- Innovative thinking and the ability toleveragepast experienceto be successful in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Manageand oversee adepartment budget of >$5MM
- Be Proactive and always think and act and communicate in advance.
Additional experiences that arerequiredfor this role: - Working knowledge of IT pricing and contracting practices.
- Negotiation with IT suppliers andVendor & Agencies.
- Understands the pharmaceutical market includingroleof providers, patients, payers,distributorsand policy makers.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Companybelieves ingood faith it will pay for this role at the timeof this posting based on the job grade for this position.Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, andwemay ultimatelypay more or less than the posted range.
