Program Analyst - ICAM Enablement (Hybrid)
As a Program Analyst for the ICAM Enablement effort, you will play a critical role in supporting the preparation, coordination, and documentation of Mission Partner engagements across multiple Tiger Teams.This is a hybrid position that will involve both remote and on-site work at our Fort Meade, MD facility.This position contingent upon contract award.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:Prepare, organize, and maintain materials and artifacts for ICAM Enablement activities and Mission Partner engagements.Coordinate and maintain engagement documentation including agendas, notes, action items, trackers, logs, and related artifacts.Ensure consistent documentation standards across all Tiger Teams.Consolidate inputs from technical experts, solution engineers, and leadership into clear, structured, accurate documentation.Support project leadership by maintaining awareness of program goals, timelines, and operational priorities.Coordinate meeting artifacts, track action items, and support the development of briefing and planning materials.Maintain program communication artifacts and assist in collaborative information sharing.Help identify and resolve administrative or workflow blockers affecting documentation or coordination.WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED (Required):Education: Bachelors Degree.
